3. Scheduling & Appointments

• Appointments may be scheduled through our website, phone, or messaging platforms
• Clients are responsible for being available for their scheduled service on time, and for ensuring the vehicle is accessible at the agreed location
• Cancellation or rescheduling policies may apply and will be communicated separately

4. Payments & Fees

• Pricing for services will be provided prior to booking or purchase
• Payments, if applicable, are the responsibility of the client
• We reserve the right to update pricing at any time

5. SMS Messaging Terms

• You acknowledge that Revive Auto Detailing is not responsible for any pre-existing damage, defects, scratches, swirl marks, paint imperfections, dents, rust, oxidation, or general wear that existed prior to service. We may document the condition of your vehicle before beginning work.
• You are responsible for removing all personal belongings, valuables, and items of value from your vehicle prior to service. Revive Auto Detailing is not liable for any personal items left in the vehicle.
• You acknowledge that detailing results depend on the existing condition of the vehicle, and that certain stains, damage, or imperfections may not be fully removable.
• Revive Auto Detailing is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing faulty, loose, or aftermarket parts, trim, or accessories.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revive Auto Detailing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
